FAQ
Frequently asked questions, answered straight.
Everything buyers ask us before starting a program — MOQs, timelines, sampling, shipping and certifications. If your question isn’t here, the Project Wizard is the fastest way to an answer.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Everything we make is fully custom-produced — minimums depend on the product and production method. Tell us your target quantity in the Project Wizard and we’ll confirm feasibility in the first reply.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard programs run 4–8 weeks from approved sample to delivery, depending on product, decoration and destination. Air freight can compress timelines for launches; sea freight lowers cost for planned programs. We plan backwards from your date and commit to it.
Can I see a sample before full production?
Yes — every program includes a pre-production sample for your written approval, and we recommend it. Photo approvals of in-line production checks follow, so quality is verified while the run is on the machine, not after it lands.
Do you handle shipping, customs and delivery?
Yes. We manage freight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery to your warehouse, venue, offices or fulfillment partner — in the US and internationally. Multi-market programs ship on one coordinated schedule.
What certifications do your factories carry?
We produce in audited factories carrying standards such as amfori BSCI, SMETA (Sedex) and WRAP, with material certifications including GRS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX and FSC where relevant. Audit documentation travels with your quote — see our Certifications page.
Can you produce eco-friendly or sustainable merchandise?
Yes — recycled, organic and responsibly sourced materials are a core part of our range, with certifications to back the claims. We’ll flag the sustainable alternative for any product you brief.
Do you work with licensed or trademarked designs?
Yes. We produce licensed merchandise under the brand owner’s guidelines and build the licensing review into the design stage. You remain responsible for holding the rights; we make sure production honors them.
How do I get a quote?
Use the Project Wizard — tell us the product, quantity, timeline and market, and we’ll come back with recommendations, feasibility and pricing. No commitment, and you’ll hear from a person, not an autoresponder.
