Global Ethical Sourcing
Setting the bar in every supply chain.
We deliver high-quality, ethically produced branded merchandise with a firm commitment to sustainability. The audits and certificates belong to the factories we produce in — our role is choosing them well, verifying their documentation and holding every program to the standard your brand requires.
Ethical sourcing
Responsible sourcing is the core of how Globe operates. We partner with manufacturers who uphold fair labor practices, so every product is made with integrity. Our vetting process checks compliance with ethical standards before a factory ever quotes for your program — without compromising quality or efficiency.
Product safety and quality assurance
Quality and safety are non-negotiable. We run strict quality assurance protocols across every program — material testing, pre-production sample approval, in-line inspections and final AQL checks — so merchandise is safe, durable and aligned with your brand\u2019s expectations and destination-market requirements.
Social compliance
We hold our supply chain to social compliance measures throughout: fair wages, safe working conditions and adherence to global labor regulations, documented through recurring third-party audits at the factories we use.
Sustainability for the future
We prioritize eco-friendly materials and responsible production methods — recycled fabrics, lower-impact processes and packaging that reduces waste — wherever the program allows, and we document the claims so your organization can stand behind them.
What certificates and audits actually mean
A certificate verifies a fact through an independent third party: that a fabric contains recycled content, that a factory’s quality system is documented, that a textile is free from harmful substances. It follows the material or the facility, and it can be checked.
An audit is an on-site inspection — trained inspectors visiting a factory to review working conditions, wages, hours, safety and environment against a defined standard. Audits repeat on a schedule, so compliance is a current state, not a certificate on a wall from years ago.

A few of the certifications and audit formats we work with regularly — the full landscape is wider, and we’ll map our factories’ documentation to whatever your program requires.
BSCI
Europe’s most widely used social-compliance audit — working conditions, wages and safety, graded with follow-ups.
SMETA (Sedex)
The world’s most common ethical audit format; results shared via the Sedex platform so buyers can review them directly.
WRAP
Certification for apparel and sewn products — 12 principles of lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing.
GRS

OEKO-TEX
Laboratory testing of finished textiles for harmful substances — every component, fabric to buttons.
International corporations audits
Many of the world’s largest companies run their own supplier programs — Disney, McDonald’s, Walmart and Walgreens among them — authorizing and auditing every factory before production. Globe has produced under programs like these for years.
