About these terms
These terms govern your use of globepromotions.com, operated by Globe Promotions LLC, Los Angeles, California. By using the site you accept these terms. They apply to the website only; production programs are governed by the quotation and agreement issued for each project.
Quotes and project requests
Submitting a brief through the Project Wizard or contact form is a request, not an order. Feasibility reads, recommendations and prices we send in response are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation, and a project begins only when a quotation is accepted in writing. Timelines and prices in a quotation are subject to the assumptions stated in it.

The content of this site — text, images, and design — belongs to Globe Promotions or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Client names, logos and products shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners, shown as examples of work produced by Globe. When you supply artwork, designs or trademarks for a project, you confirm that you hold the rights or licenses needed for us to produce them; responsibility for licensing rests with you as the rights holder or licensee.
Accuracy of information
We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice — product specifications, certifications and capabilities are confirmed per project in the quotation. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
